Requirements

• 10+ years in talent development or relevant experience.
• Deep fluency with LXP/LMS ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled learning technologies.
• Mastery of ADDIE, SAM methodologies.
• People leadership experience managing teams.
• Strategic thinking with proven ability to set vision.
• Exceptional decision quality with incomplete data.
• AI openness and proficiency.
• Advanced analytics skills for executive-level recommendations.
• Experienced storyteller with data-driven narratives.
