Senior Development Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Development Manager provides oversight to realize execution excellence in the delivery of all phases of detailed design projects, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and on-schedule completion within budget.

In Short

• Lead and direct analysis and recommendations for conceptual design alternatives.
• Supervise the preparation and presentation of urban design concept drawings.
• Monitor construction quality and technical design packages through to tender.
• Liaise with Project Managers and internal/external team members.
• Participate in writing technical proposals and estimating project efforts.
• Maintain affiliations with professional societies for industry trends.
• Manage groups for established Architecture/Engineering firms.
• Experience with UAE municipalities and developers.
• Provide high-level liaison with clients and their representatives.
• Ensure delivery ability and proven leadership in projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in urban design.
• Experience managing groups in Architecture/Engineering firms.
• Knowledge of LEED and ESTIDAMA principles preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
