Senior Director of Pricing - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Pricing will lead Transcarent’s enterprise pricing strategy, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership across Finance, Sales, Product Solutions, and Sales Operations. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving pricing frameworks that balance growth, profitability, competitiveness, and value delivery across Transcarent’s products and services.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in pricing strategy or related roles.
• Proven leadership in developing pricing strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership of pricing governance and operational rigor.
• Strong analytical foundation with pricing model building skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and pricing analytics tools.
• Ability to influence senior executives through data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Background in healthcare or digital health pricing is a plus.
