Overview

Agile Defense is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pricing Director to lead our pricing department and drive strategic pricing initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategy, financial analysis, and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to optimize pricing models and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in federal government contract pricing.
• 4 years of leadership experience in a pricing team.
• Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement regulations.
• Experience with various contract types.
• Proficiency in pricing tools and financial modeling software.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines.
