Director, Global Pricing - Remote

Overview

The Director, Global Pricing serves as a pricing subject matter expert within BioMarin and drives analyses required to support pricing decisions. This individual will be responsible for both leading Global pricing research and analyses as well as for coordinating and aligning global pricing activities.

In Short

• Lead pricing analytics and operations including international price referencing.
• Collaborate with Global Commercial Operations for long-range planning.
• Prepare and present pricing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and monitor relevant databases.
• Engage with payers and health authorities for reimbursement outcomes.
• Develop pricing strategies based on payer insights.
• Conduct pricing studies to understand product value.
• Support market access input into launch sequencing plans.
• Position requires up to 20% travel, including global travel.
• 5+ years of European pharmaceutical market access experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelors in life sciences or business; MBA preferred.
• Prior experience with pricing research.
• Knowledge of Global or EU pricing & reimbursement processes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• International experience preferred.
