Overview

The ERP Master Data Specialist (MDS) at BioMarin plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across SAP modules, and related boundary applications. This position supports BioMarin’s Center of Excellence and ERP Data Excellence Team to achieve sustainability of the ERP system. The MDS ensures compliance with GxP standards and global data governance policies while collaborating cross-functionally to support business operations and continuous improvement.

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in SAP

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing SAP master data in a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of GxP principles and data integrity requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
