In Short

• Conduct in-depth quantitative research into healthcare insurance markets.
• Own Garner’s rates, margin profile, and financial risk.
• Manage policies related to pricing exceptions and performance guarantees.
• Maintain and improve tooling for quoting or renewals.
• Build and improve complex pricing models for SAAS and financial risk products.
• Benchmark pricing against the competitive landscape.
• Manage and develop a team of operations analysts.
• Drive data-driven decision-making in pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions.
• Support the mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role.
• Ability to build and maintain complex data-driven models.
• Experience in management consulting or investment banking.
• Willingness to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to contribute to improving healthcare.
