Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enablement, L&D, or internal training.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems for large workforces.
• Experience in building enablement programs and training.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Strong project management skills and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to measure effectiveness and identify gaps.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
