Overview

As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Forward Financing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our Sales Department by providing training, content, coaching, and tools to empower our sales team.

Requirements

• Understanding of the sales lifecycle and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
• Experience with sales training technologies.
• Track record of designing blended learning solutions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for helping others learn and grow.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
