In Short

  • Oversee sales efficiency assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive implementation of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
  • Manage and mentor junior enablement team members.
  • Design and execute data-driven solutions for the sales process.
  • Deliver training curricula on sales methodologies and skills.
  • Create and curate impactful sales enablement content.
  • Establish a centralized sales knowledge repository.
  • Lead onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for sales collateral.
  • Evaluate and refine sales training programs based on metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement or training in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills to identify sales challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Self-motivated with project management capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid business acumen and market insight.
