Overview

As the leader of Sales Enablement at Docker, you are responsible for empowering customer-facing teams with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to succeed.

In Short

Requirements

  • Experience leading Enablement training in a SaaS environment.

  • Experience with both SMB and enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of developer tools and audiences.
  • Fast learner in a rapidly changing environment.
