In Short

  • Lead the design and execution of enablement programs that align with GTM strategy and drive measurable sales outcomes.
  • Build onboarding, training, and certification paths tailored to AI buyers and technical sales cycles.
  • Develop playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and demo frameworks tied to our API and PRAG products.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to translate launches and updates into field-ready content.
  • Own the tooling and infrastructure for sales enablement, including content libraries and performance tracking.
  • Run weekly trainings, support SKO planning, and maintain a steady rhythm of learning across the team.
  • Identify gaps in seller confidence or skill and fill them with targeted programs.
  • Track enablement impact on ramp time, win rates, and sales productivity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience across sales, enablement, or GTM strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI products, especially developer-facing tools like APIs and platforms like RAG.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage cross-functional initiatives with precision and clarity.
  • Experience building enablement programs from scratch and scaling them in high-growth environments.
  • Skilled in enablement platforms (Highspot, Lessonly, etc.) and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, energized by rapid iteration, and motivated by the impact enablement has on revenue.
