Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and validation of enterprise SaaS AI solutions for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that balance technical excellence, usability, and business value.

In Short

• Lead discovery workshops with customers and stakeholders to elicit business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive solution architectures.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers for usability and user experience.
• Develop detailed technical designs, including system integrations and data flows.
• Serve as the technical authority throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions with engineering and product teams.
• Lead solution validation activities, including performance testing.
• Define and document solution delivery processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise SaaS and AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proven experience leading solution discovery and validation processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
