As a pivotal member of our recruitment team at a leading generative AI company, you will drive the full-cycle hiring process for highly specialized roles—ensuring that we attract, assess, and onboard the brightest minds in artificial intelligence, research, and engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth software and AI/ML companies.
• Ability to attract and close top-tier AI talent.
• Expert sourcing skills using various advanced channels.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Availability to work PST hours and commit to a full-time schedule.
• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced AI environment.
