Contract Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping us scale our team by finding and hiring exceptional talent across Engineering, Product & Design (EPD).

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (primarily engineering and product).
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and role scope.
• Actively source and engage top technical talent through various channels.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of candidates across multiple roles.
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews for candidates.
• Manage & track candidate progress in our ATS, Ashby.
• Represent Vizcom’s brand with clarity and excitement throughout the recruitment process.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven success hiring for engineering roles.
• Comfortable running multiple roles at once and working autonomously.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing skills and a strong network on LinkedIn.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably Ashby.
• Bonus: experience recruiting for design, product, or go-to-market teams.
