Overview

As a Contract Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping Vizcom scale its team by finding and hiring exceptional talent across Engineering, Product & Design. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs.
• Actively source and engage top technical talent.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Manage & track candidate progress in ATS.
• Represent Vizcom’s brand throughout the recruiting process.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven success hiring for engineering roles.
• Comfortable running multiple roles at once.

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills and network on LinkedIn.
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably Ashby.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
• Bonus: experience recruiting for design or product teams.
