In Short

• Owning and managing full-cycle recruiting for a subset of technical roles
• Building strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and create effective search strategies
• Sourcing and engaging passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, forums, and in-house proprietary tools
• Guiding candidates and hiring teams through a thoughtful, structured, and inclusive interview process
• Keeping our Greenhouse pipeline clean, organized, and up to date
• Working hand-in-hand with Recruiters to share insights and support shared goals
• Identifying opportunities and experimenting with AI-driven tools and tech
• Educating and empowering our recruiting team on the latest AI and technical evaluation tools
• Championing The Motley Fool’s mission and values throughout the candidate journey

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• A strong track record of hiring across a wide range of technical functions
• Understanding of how to assess technical skill sets
• A strong grasp of technical concepts
• Experience acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers
• Ability to step into a fast-moving environment
• Clear, confident, and kind communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a remote-first environment
• A proactive and resourceful approach
• Knowledge of Greenhouse (or similar ATS platforms) is a plus
