In Short

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in DevSecOps and cybersecurity.
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape role definitions.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates.
  • Screen candidates for technical and clearance qualifications.
  • Maintain data integrity and track metrics through ATS.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Contribute to process improvements and employer branding.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills using advanced tools.
  • Proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Proven success in sourcing for DevSecOps and cybersecurity roles.
  • Understanding of security clearance levels.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
