Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our mission-driven team. We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial company working at the convergence of technology and national security. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the deployment and scale of our Game Warden platform — an industry-leading tool accelerating the secure adoption of mission-critical SaaS solutions for the U.S. government.

In Short

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert during customer engagements.
• Drive technical conversations with executives and engineering teams.
• Partner with account executives on pre-sales efforts.
• Lead technical sales presentations and product demos.
• Assess customer application compatibility with Game Warden.
• Develop technical knowledge of 2F products.
• Track customer feedback and collaborate with product teams.
• Create technical marketing content.
• Engage in discussions on cloud and cybersecurity topics.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• 3–5 years of technical experience in software or sales engineering.
• 1+ years of software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration skills in a remote environment.
• Ability to remain composed in critical situations.
