In Short

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineers.

• Partner with Product, Platform, and Security teams.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience required.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years managing or leading technical teams.
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices.
• Strong technical acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to balance execution and people leadership.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Knowledge of secure software development frameworks.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Active security clearance or previous work in cleared environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks.
