Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development.

• Strong experience in driving roadmaps and aligning engineering with business objectives.
• Hands-on background in software development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on impact.
• Experience in healthcare and knowledge of security/compliance best practices is a plus.
