In Short

  • Develop High-Impact Sales Resources: Create and deliver engaging content, including videos, blogs, and product guides, to empower the sales team in driving customer engagement and conversions.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and implement a holistic sales enablement strategy, ensuring teams have the tools, knowledge, and coaching needed to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track sales team performance and adherence to SLAs, identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Message Alignment & Consistency: Ensure all sales enablement resources align with organizational marketing and product messaging, maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand narrative.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Provide in-depth analysis of customer behavior, industry trends, and market conditions to equip the sales team with valuable insights for impactful buyer interactions.
  • Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Leverage analytics to uncover key trends, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth through informed decision-making.
  • Pipeline Reporting Ownership: Manage and maintain pipeline reporting from a data perspective, ensuring accuracy and visibility for strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing training programs, assess their effectiveness, and refine them to enhance sales team capabilities and overall performance.
  • Career Growth & Mentorship: Support the professional development of sales team members by fostering skill-building opportunities and career advancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related field.
  • Moderate proficiency and skillset in sales enablement practices and tools.
  • Hubspot expertise a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage increasingly complex work assignments under moderate supervision, with some latitude for independent judgment.
