Overview

Anaplan is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join their Corporate Finance Team, playing a vital role in optimizing business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

In Short

• Build positive relationships with business partners and provide insightful recommendations from data analysis.
• Support the consolidation of annual operating plans and monthly forecasts.
• Manage and prepare Board presentations and Management Reports.
• Deliver analysis and reporting of financial results, including variances to plan.
• Support the Treasury team with Cash Forecast and provide detailed financial forecasts.
• Analyze key performance indicators and develop insights and recommendations.
• Build collaborative relationships to drive operational efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to executive management.
• Drive improved management reporting and track financial results accurately.
• Develop repeatable business and financial processes for Corporate FP&A.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of FP&A or business finance experience.
• Previous experience in Corporate Finance.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled at building financial models and dashboards.
