Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join our team! This role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to directly impact business objectives by transforming foundational financial models and planning processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in SaaS business models.
• Familiarity with B2B/SaaS sales lifecycle and KPIs.
• Proficient in FP&A tools like Adaptive and Netsuite.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery over Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
