In Short

• Lead the FP&A team to support company growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.

• Work closely with the Accounting team for alignment on forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, with 2+ years in management.
• Experience in building financial models.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and unstructured situations.
• Strong commercial mindset linking financial metrics to outcomes.
• Proven leadership skills in developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and FP&A/BI tools.
• Experience in healthcare or health-tech is a plus.
