• Position for Healthcare Regulatory Counsel to ensure compliance with PBM regulations.
• Review and operationalize federal and state laws across company functions.
• Provide guidance on compliance for new products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Strategy and Revenue.
• Support regulatory compliance with government agencies.
• Advise on new and existing healthcare laws and regulations.
• Draft and revise internal compliance policies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare regulatory matters.
• Manage outside healthcare counsel.
• Prioritize and manage complex legal and strategic issues.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and active membership in one state bar.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare regulatory matters.
• Strong foundation in healthcare legal frameworks.
• Experience with government agencies and regulators.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly analytical with sound business judgment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in improving access to affordable healthcare.
