Overview

Hims & Hers are seeking an outstanding Regulatory Counsel to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. You will have the opportunity to provide teams from across the company with actionable legal advice on various healthcare and pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations impacting the products and services offered through Hims & Hers.

In Short

• Support multiple teams throughout the organization, focusing on laws impacting telehealth.
• Advise on healthcare regulatory issues and legal risks.
• Identify issues related to privacy, product, and pharmacy.
• Stay updated on state and federal pharmacy and telehealth laws.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 4+ years of healthcare regulatory experience.
• Experience with telehealth compliance and digital health.
• Ability to interpret state and federal laws related to care delivery.
• Strong record of providing creative, solution-focused advice.
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
• Strong time management and project prioritization skills.
