Overview

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Sr. Regulatory Counsel to join our growing, collaborative and dynamic Legal team. You will have the opportunity to provide teams from across the company with actionable legal advice on various healthcare and pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations impacting the products and services offered through Hims & Hers.

In Short

• Support multiple teams throughout the organization, including innovations and compounding operations team.
• Advise cross-functional teams on healthcare regulatory issues.
• Identify issues related to privacy and product.
• Work with public policy team on legislative efforts.
• Stay updated on state and federal laws regarding pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 10+ years of healthcare regulatory experience.
• Experience with FDA regulatory matters.
• Familiarity with compounding pharmacy regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience with regulatory authorities is a plus.
