Overview

Empower is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to play a key part in charting our company's strategic and financial direction.

In Short

• Develop comprehensive financial models to reflect budget allocation.
• Analyze financial data to project future revenues and expenses.
• Partner with teams to align financial objectives with departmental strategies.
• Prepare quarterly Board materials and executive presentations.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as M&A transactions.
• Own the implementation of FP&A and analytics tools.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance required.
• Expertise in creating complex financial models.
• Strong communication skills needed.
• SQL experience is a plus.
