In Short

• Responsible for drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements.
• Manage contract compliance and legal research.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams for deal execution.
• Implement and manage a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Develop innovative legal processes to support business growth.
• Collaborate with external counsel on legal matters.
• Prioritize and manage complex legal issues.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and state bar membership.
• 3+ years of legal experience in law firm or in-house settings.
• Experience with complex commercial agreements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in improving access to affordable healthcare.
• Experience with CLM software implementation preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations preferred.
• Top-tier law firm experience preferred.
• In-house experience preferred.
