In Short

• Be a legal business partner to revenue teams, summarizing legal concepts for business clarity.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of legal agreements.
• Understand customer contexts and internal requests to effectively solve problems.
• Triage workflow and set priorities to deliver results efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement of legal processes and agreement templates.
• Ensure agreements comply with company policies and risk tolerance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in technology.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy issues and Data Processing Agreements.
• Admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
• Business-friendly legal style to support company growth.
• Experience structuring and negotiating various contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team remotely.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and contract management systems.
