In Short

• Provide guidance on commercial contract negotiations.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance in agreements.
• Negotiate, draft, and review various commercial agreements.

Requirements

• NY State Bar Membership or equivalent.
• At least four years of in-house legal experience.
• Experience negotiating complex SaaS agreements.
• Knowledge of worldwide data privacy laws.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
