Overview

As a Commercial Counsel at Synthesia, you will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Operations, and Go-To-Market organizations, supporting various legal-related matters and projects.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualified to practice as an in-house attorney.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial transactions.
• Experience in an in-house legal department, preferably in tech.
• Knowledge of data processing agreements and GDPR/CCPA.
• Strong drafting skills for various communications.
• Understanding of cloud services and technology contracts.
• Experience with sales operations and revenue recognition.
• Ability to manage workload on tight timelines.
• Understanding of training data for AI models is a plus.
