In Short

• Take ownership of the review, negotiation, drafting and management of legal agreements.
• Advise internal clients on contract interpretation and negotiation.
• Champion Twilio’s mission and ensure compliance with policies.
• Understand customer positions and internal client requests.

• 5+ years of commercial transactions experience.
• Ability to draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy workflow efficiently.

Requirements

• J.D. with strong academic credentials.
• Member of local bar or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel.
• Experience supporting a large sales organization.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Good sense of humor and desire to learn.
