Requirements

• Juris Doctor and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and deal structuring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Thrive in collaborative settings and build strong relationships.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to problem-solve.
• Experience with product counseling and data privacy is a plus.
• Experience with government contracting is ideal.
