• Lead a team of designers for BetterHelp's product design.
• Shape the vision and strategy of UX/UI for the marketplace.
• Mentor and manage a team of 8+ designers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product design.
• Mastery of visual and interaction design.
• Experience in building and managing design teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and inspire designers.
• Experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe CC.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to balance user needs and business goals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong portfolio.
