Overview

The Growth Operations team is seeking a data-driven and strategic Sales Operations Senior Manager with a specialized focus on deal desk processes, commissions, deal process optimization, and reporting, to support our growing Commercial team.

In Short

  • Analyze sales and pipeline performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports.
  • Manage and oversee the deal desk process.
  • Administer the commercial commission plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • 5+ years in a commercial, finance, or revenue operations role.
  • Expert level proficiency with Salesforce.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing business processes such as forecasting and deal desk.
  • Expert level proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and data modeling skills.
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment.
  • Relevant enterprise software or healthcare experience.
