  • Build and maintain sales management reports and dashboards.
  • Establish key KPIs to monitor sales performance.

  • Perform ad hoc analytical projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role in sales operations.
  • 8+ years in business or sales operations roles.
  • Experienced in business and data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of forecasting and pipeline management.
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce and visualization tools.
  • Understanding of GAAP financial statements is a plus.
  • Ability to work under time constraints.
  • Flexibility for quarter-end demands.
  • Experience managing global teams across time zones.
