Overview

Outreach is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Sales Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team, partnering with senior leaders across Sales, CX, and Marketing to optimize business operations and drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Drive forecast management excellence across all business units.
  • Create executive-level presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Contribute to the Go-To-Market plan under annual sales strategy.
  • Own the operational rhythm of the business.
  • Drive continuous improvement in scalable sales processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • 7-8+ years of experience in sales operations/strategy roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the tech industry and SaaS.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and report/dashboard creation.
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or relevant field.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
