Contracts & Pricing Execution Manager - Remote

Overview

The Contracts & Pricing Execution Manager will oversee all aspects of Maximum Fair Price payment processing at Amgen, ensuring compliance with government requirements and collaborating with various teams.

In Short

• Responsible for validation and approval of daily MFP claim payments.
• Maintain validated MFP pricing information in Model N.
• Review and approve escalated Good Faith Inquiries.
• Investigate and respond to CMS requests on MFP complaints.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the MFP payment process.
• Assist auditors with SOX and audit-related activities.
• Streamline MFP effectuation processes.
• Coordinate onboarding of new products into MFP processes.
• Interact with cross-functional teams including Compliance and Accounting.
• Manage multiple complex projects to completion.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Model N Revenue Cloud preferred.
• Understanding of US healthcare and reimbursement environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
