Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of HR experience in clinical or healthcare settings.
  • Strong analytical skills for turnover data.
  • Experience managing employee relations and compliance issues.
  • Ability to meet people-ops targets.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
