• Drive employee retention and culture building initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Practice Owners.
• Manage full employee lifecycle processes.
• Analyze retention data and advise on improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Lead training initiatives for clinical staff.
• Support multi-state labor law compliance.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs for HR support functions.
• Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Empower clinical teams to build long-term careers.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of HR experience in clinical or healthcare settings.
• Strong analytical skills for turnover data.
• Experience managing employee relations and compliance issues.
• Ability to meet people-ops targets.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
