Regional Network Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Network Specialist to join our network team managing payroll vendors and partners. This full-time position will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing our partner relationships to help drive growth and stronger customer experiences in AMERICAS.

In Short

• Identify potential partners through research, referrals & outreach.
• Interview prospective partners to determine their capabilities and fit.
• Negotiate proposals and perform cost analysis.
• Review contracts and ensure sign-off from stakeholders.
• Maintain partners' compliance and contracts up to date.
• Conduct annual reviews and negotiate pricing with partners.
• Track and report on partner performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll and HR Operations.
• Work with the Tech Team to enhance technology reach.
• Establish partner redundancy by building a diverse portfolio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll vendor management.
• 2+ years of experience in AMERICAS.
• Extensive industry knowledge of payroll and project timelines.
• Strong communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Research-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Drive and passion for customer experiences.
• Fluency in English and business proficiency in another language preferred.
