Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they view IGP as a professional, knowledgeable, and strong service provider.

In Short

  • Drive UK/Ireland productivity by creating pipelines and closing on new business deals.
  • Create and maintain long-term working relationships with clients and advisors.
  • Meet challenging sales and conservation goals set by management.
  • Conduct workshops for the advisor community and wider HR/Finance/Risk community.
  • Collaborate with IGP Network Partners to drive new business.
  • Attend and speak at industry events.
  • Participate in internal projects across different departments.
  • Excel at Global RFP’s and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Insurance or HR.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and client relationship management experience.
  • Dynamic personality with good interaction skills.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Proven professional network in the Employee Benefits industry.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Experience in Global Employee Benefits market.
  • Knowledge of Pooling, Reinsurance to Captives and Global Underwriting.
