The National Life, Disability & Wellness Team is looking for a self-motivated Bilingual Calculation Analyst, who thrives on delivering value, is customer-obsessed, and excited to work with a small yet dynamic team.

In Short

• Calculate and code offsets and adjusted STD/LTD benefits.
• Inform Plan Members of overpayment amounts with clear explanations.
• Follow-up with Plan Members for reimbursement of overpayments.
• Negotiate acceptable repayment plans when necessary.
• Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator.
• Strong customer service focus and empathy.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and French.
• Strong math skills and proficiency in Office 365.
• Ability to read and interpret group insurance contracts.
• Open to change and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with Navigator is an asset.
• Experience in disability benefit calculations is helpful.
• Capacity for constant learning from both success and failure.
