• Support plan members with disability benefits and case management.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
• Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Ability to make meaningful decisions under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of disability management/group benefits is an asset.
• Background in a health-related field is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Strong telephonic communication skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
