Overview

The Bilingual Life Insurance Case Coordinator will be responsible for managing claims and providing exceptional customer service to clients across Canada. This role requires a highly organized and empathetic individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of claims.

In Short

  • Manage incoming and pending claims for life insurance products.
  • Communicate with clients and beneficiaries regarding claims.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in case coordination or claims adjudication is a plus.
