Overview

As a Bilingual HR & Compliance Coordinator, you will manage onboarding processes and ensure compliance with labor laws across U.S. states while supporting Spanish-speaking contractors.

• Research and maintain compliance requirements for labor laws in U.S. states.
• Manage onboarding paperwork including W-9, I-9, and contractor agreements.
• Ensure proper classification of workers based on state laws.
• Support Spanish-speaking contractors during onboarding.
• Track worker documentation and ensure timely renewals.
• Communicate with payroll and finance teams.
• Assist with maintaining digital records and compliance databases.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or compliance.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment classifications and labor law basics.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience using tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, Gusto, ADP.
• Comfortable working remotely and handling sensitive documentation.
