Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial leadership (CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent).
• Experience working with service-based businesses, staffing, or telecom industries (Division 27 & 28 is a plus).
• Proven track record of managing financial operations, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of tax strategy, contract structuring, and funding options.
• Ability to work in a fractional/part-time capacity with flexible availability.
