Requirements

• 12+ years in a financial role, 8+ years as a finance leader.
• Strong understanding of equity and debt financing.
• Familiarity with managing startup equity cap tables.
• Proven track record in supporting growth with analytical skills.
• Experience leading financial budgeting and planning processes.
• Ability to oversee corporate accounting functions.
• Solid understanding of financial compliance requirements.
• Proactive and client-centric attitude.
• Fast learner with effective time management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
