As a Fractional CFO and Bookkeeper at Eightx, you will assist eCommerce brands and agencies in managing their financials, helping them scale their businesses with more cash and less stress.

In Short

• Provide Fractional CFO and Bookkeeping services for eCommerce brands.
• Assist clients with month-end financial closing and expense categorization.
• Work with various tech/software platforms including Netsuite and Quickbooks Online.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory filings.
• Prepare weekly flash reports for clients.
• Maintain proper working papers for financial accounts.
• Handle payroll for Canadian and US clients.
• Work from 10am-6pm EST.
• Specialize and grow into future roles within the company.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Strong understanding of US and Canadian GAAP.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and risk management.
• Familiarity with various accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience in eCommerce financial management is a plus.
